Joining the team in May 2019, Terry has been a key support to the Client Service Representatives by taking the lead on making sure our future members have the information they need.  In his downtime, Terry enjoys playing golf and fly fishing.

Dianna Boggs joined Alliant Purchasing in April 2002.  She enjoys assisting her members and nurturing those relationships.  In her free time she and her husband love traveling to Florida... Key West in particular.

KAREN BAXTER

Strategic Account Manager

Karen Baxter joined the Alliant team at the beginning of 2020 as a Strategic Account Manager and enjoys helping healthcare facilities with lowering their supply cost.   In her free time, she loves decorating, gardening, traveling abroad, and learning new cultures.

CHRIS BARTON

Chris Barton has spent over 30 years in the health care supply chain, contracting, and group purchasing. He has worked in multiple areas of the country but has spent the last 20 years working with Texas health care facilities. He enjoys working with clients to help reduce costs and provide support, especially in rural settings. Chris is a graduate of Auburn University.

Geri Woods joined the Alliant team in 2011 as a Contract Specialist and became a Strategic Accounts Manager in 2019. In her free time, she likes to hang out in her garden and backyard with her family.

Shawn Smith joined Alliant Purchasing in July of 2016 and transitioned to a Strategic Accounts Manager in 2017. She loves doing all she can for her Accounts and Distribution reps. Shawn enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids and looks for any opportunity to host an entertaining evening with family and friends.

BRIAN MERRILL

Development Manager

Brian Merrill joined Alliant Purchasing in 2019.  Since then, he has become very passionate about helping his reps and his facilities.  When he is not working, he can be found with his wife Carrie at his daughter Mallory’s volleyball games or cheer competitions or at a travel softball tournament or school softball games supporting his oldest daughter Maya.

Rachel Miles-Merrick joined the Alliant team in May 2019 as a Client Service Representative. As a former accountant at Blue & Co., she loves finding ways to save our members money!  In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Tony Scarpino joined the Alliant team at the beginning of 2016.  Tony enjoys working alongside our facilities saving them money.  In his free time, he loves watching the University of Louisville Cardinals play football and basketball, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

SVP Member Success

Tom Camp joined the Alliant team in May 2019 as our SVP of Sales and Marketing.  Tom leads Alliant’s growth and member engagement efforts.  In his free time, he is a University of Texas sports fan, as well as Chelsea in the English Premier League.  He is also an excellent cook!

SVP Business Intelligence and Strategy

Prior to joining Alliant, Mark was Region Vice President for Premier, Inc. Mark's experience includes over 24 years of service with Premier where he led their Member Field Services team. Among Mark's responsibilities were member recruitment, implementation, and P&L accountability for all Premier services in his region. He took on Field responsibility for Integrated Pharmacy and Direct Sourcing as well. In his capacity, Mark also served as the executive resource for Alliant. 

KRISTIE MOSS

After initially launching her career in retail supply chain, Kristie followed her heart (and education) into healthcare.  By 2007, Kristie found Alliant and has since enjoyed how the GPO industry feeds her curiosity and plays into her bent for ingenuity.  Outside of work, Kristie’s favorite pastime is mowing the grass.  In-between mowing, she and her family can be found enjoying good food, attending live performances, or tackling DIY projects that Kristie has dreamt up.  

DREW MAYS

VP Partner Success

Drew Mays joined the Alliant team in January 2021 as our VP of Partner Success. Prior to joining Alliant, Drew spent 16 years working in a healthcare setting and has worked in the supplier and provider setting. Most recently, he served as Director of Customer Success for a tech start-up in southern Indiana. There, Drew helped build a company from $0 annual revenue to $4 million annual revenue in his tenure. Drew received his undergraduate degree from Murray State University and his graduate degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with family and watching sports. He also loves to travel and trying new kinds of food.

HOLLY SPIEGL

Corporate Director, Strategy

A graduate of WKU and Campbellsville University, Holly has been with Alliant Purchasing for 11 years. In her role, Holly orchestrates the buildout of the Salesforce CRM tool and the connection of Alliant facilities to Premier’s contract portfolio at the best available prices.  Out of the office, Holly enjoys watching UofL sports and cheering on and coaching her two kids' in sports!

ZACH GRAHAM

AVP, Partner Success

Earning his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Bellarmine University, Zach is a life-long resident of Louisville and comes from a family of healthcare professionals, the lineage of which he’s proud to continue.  Joining the team 2011, Zach has spent the entirety of his professional career with Alliant and considers several of his colleagues amongst his closest friends. When Zach and his wife Jessica aren’t playing with or walking their two dogs, they enjoy traveling to new places, cooking together, quality time with their families and long lake weekends at their family cabin in Michigan.
