Joe Broyles
Executive Director
Mr. Broyles is responsible for the development, marketing, and daily operation of Alliant Purchasing. He also provides training and application of various quality and management principles for hospital members. A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mr. Broyles has 40+ years of healthcare experience in management engineering, construction and development, private consulting, and group purchasing. During his 17 years with Alliant Purchasing, Mr. Broyles developed the company’s service model, which has been nationally recognized and produced a 95 percent or higher member satisfaction score for six consecutive years. |

Kristie Moss
Program Manager
Mrs. Moss supervises the daily operation of Alliant Purchasing, including client services, program development, on-site facility visits, regional contract negotiation, and vendor performance. She also reviews member contract utilization, facilitates and coordinates customer business meetings, and monitors member rebate receipts and billing records. Prior to Alliant Purchasing, she worked at Baptist Healthcare – a Premier owner as a Corporate Supply Analyst. She earned a BS degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Kentucky University. |

Jennifer Young
Service Representative
Ms. Young interacts daily with acute care members in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Her primary responsibilities include answering questions and providing information to current and new Alliant Purchasing members. Bi-annually she visits members on-site and attends customer business meetings. Prior to Alliant Purchasing she worked as a Service Representative at both Frito-Lay and Cardinal Health. |

Dianna Boggs
Service Representative
Mrs. Boggs interacts daily with acute care members in Kentucky, Illinois and Indiana. Her primary responsibilities include answering questions and providing information to current and new Alliant Purchasing members. Bi-annually she visits members on-site and attends customer business meetings. Prior to Alliant Purchasing she worked at MedEcon Services, Inc., a Louisville-based group purchasing organization and at SYSCO, a Fortune 500 food distributor. |

Tina Coomer
Long-term Care Representative
Ms. Coomer interacts daily with all the long-term care members in Kentucky. Her primary responsibilities include answering questions and providing information about Premier contracts to current and new Alliant Purchasing members.Annually, she visits members on-site and also attends customer business meetings. Prior to Alliant Purchasing, she worked for MedEcon Services, Inc., a Louisville-based group purchasing organization and at Kforce Staffing, a leading healthcare staffing company. Ms. Coomer earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Sullivan University. |

David Mountz
Manager, Sales & Development
Over a 20 year period, Mr. Mountz has held sales and marketing positions for various healthcare and technology start-up companies. He has worked for a healthcare distributor and a Fortune 500 healthcare manufacturer. Mr. Mountz earned an MBA from the University of Kentucky. He coordinates the cost analysis process as well as other company sales/marketing activities. |

Diane Gilbert
Program Analyst
With more than 21 years of group purchasing experience, Ms. Gilbert’s primary responsibilities encompass the execution of a detailed cost analysis report for each potential new member, which requires data integration and extensive competitive product knowledge. This comprehensive report includes the medical/surgical, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, dietary, and housekeeping departments. Prior to Alliant Purchasing, Ms. Gilbert worked at MedEcon Services, Inc., a Louisville-based group purchasing organization as the contract administrator of the medical/surgical and network services programs. |

Lori McGrath
Technology Manager, CAPP
Ms. McGrath serves as a liaison between ARAMARK Clinical Technology Services and Alliant Purchasing members that utilize the Capital Asset Protection Program (CAPP). She has spent 16 years in the healthcare industry and has a hospital management degree. As the CAPP single-point-of-contact, she visits Alliant Purchasing members on-site, attends customer business meetings, processes requests for quotation, and submits claims. |
