Acute Care

In June, 2006 Premier announced the results of their national pay-for-performance demonstration conducted with the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services. Alternate Site (Continuum of Care Program)
Premier offers its Continuum of Care program in response to a climate of rising costs, reduced payments, and new regulations. Under the Continuum of Care program, member-driven solutions are designed and implemented to reflect the diverse needs of each market segment.
